Training 

One-to-one training in how to use your Automated Marketing System is included within the cost of all three package options. This is carried out over the telephone using remote access software.

The training schedule has been designed to make you an independent user of the system, so that you're not reliant on us or anyone else to manage it on a day-to-day basis.

Support

3 months unlimited support is included within all three Automated Marketing System package options.  After this time, the following support is available to you.

Monthly support from Automated Marketing Systems:  This time can be used for any additional work, upgrades or changes that you may want us to do for you.  Within this time we'll also check in on your system and make recommendations as necessary.

Please note, unlike many technology service providers, Automated Marketing Systems will not tie you into a support contract (e.g. buying support for 3, 6, 12 months).

The eCommerce website that is included within two of the three Automated Marketing System packages comes with free, unlimited email support.

You have the option anytime of purchasing separate annual support for your CRM system should you want it.
