Day 2: Decide after speaking with Charles that you want to continue with the project as discussed, or request a refund of your deposit.
Day 3 - 5: (Only provided if you choose to continue with the project): Receive a Statement of Work from Charles detailing your specific business needs and what Charles will be implementing for you. This comprehensive document will provide a detailed project plan for the implementation of our Automated Marketing System.
Day 6 - 10: Approve the Statement of Work and schedule a start date for the implementation of your Automated Marketing System. Full payment of the balance is also due at this time.

All projects are scheduled and delivered on a first come, first serve basis. Once we have received your request and your deposit we will schedule a time for you to speak with Charles within 48 hrs. During this call Charles will collect the information he requires to determine the suitability of your project and decide if it makes sense for you to be working with him.

Assuming that we can meet or exceed your project requirements and expectations, Charles will inform you of this on this call or make arrangements to refund your deposit. If Charles agrees to accept your project you will have 24 hrs. to decide if you want to continue and inform Charles of your decision. If you choose to cancel the project we will refund your deposit immediately with no more questions asked. If you choose to proceed with the project we will begin the scheduling process for implementing it with you, including preparing and delivering a project report and plan based on your telephone consultation with Charles.

We will also require the balance of the project fee to be paid in full prior to the actual implementation of your automated marketing system and training. Please note that while you have absolute choice as to whether or not to proceed with the project or to request a full refund, once you agree to go forward with the project as noted there will be no refunds in any amount for any reason whatsoever.
